  • Subscription Services: Can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle
  • Emergency Cancellations: Medical or emergency situations will be handled case-by-case

Refund Calculation: Refunds are calculated proportionally based on unused service time/value, minus applicable processing fees as per RBI guidelines.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items/services are non-refundable as per our policy:

  • Services fully consumed or completed
  • Digital products that have been downloaded/accessed
  • Personalized or customized services
  • Services cancelled after the specified time limit
  • Third-party fees and transaction charges

5. Consumer Rights (As per Indian Law)
